To use the templates below, simply download them to your computer, and open them in Adobe InDesign. Be sure to save your document as a new file so that you don't overwrite the template file you downloaded.

The following template shells have been developed for the convenience of members of the Missouri S&T community who need to make brochures of an academic, research or administrative nature. They can be opened in InDesign, and the textual elements can be modified. These contain the official branding elements of Missouri S&T. The templates have been formatted to allow customization of names of colleges, departments and web addresses; university fonts and logos may not be altered in any way.

A variety of flyer templates, in 8 ½ by 11 or 11 by 17 formats, are available for campus use. All of the templates use Orgon font, which is installed in all registered campus computers.


From talking points to briefing sheets, this template gives your one-page document a look consistent with the S&T visual identity.

Letterhead is often the first contact many people have with Missouri S&T. It is perhaps the primary means of presenting Missouri S&T’s identity clearly and consistently.

A digital version of the university letterhead is available to all campus users through Microsoft Word. 

  • Windows Users: To access the template, open Word and then click on the New tab at the left of your screen. The template, titled S&T-Letterhead-22, will appear as a choice next to Blank document.
  • Mac Users: To access the template, first connect to the following server using this path: smb:// and click the + icon to add to your Favorite Servers list. 
    • Then open Word and click on Preferences under the Word menu.
    • Under Personal Settings, click on File Locations then Workgroup templates and click Modify.
    • Select the network location titled Office Themes and click Open.
    • Close out of the Preferences dialog.
    • Click on the New tab at the left of your screen. The template, titled S&T-Letterhead-22, will appear as a choice under the Work heading. Note: You must be connected to the Office_Themes server to see these templates.
    • Steps to automatically connect to server on login:
      • After connecting to Office_Themes server, open System Preferences > Users & Groups, click on the Login Items tab.
      • Click on the lock icon at the bottom of the window to unlock and to allow for modifications to the list. Admin level password is required.
      • Click on the white + button and navigate to the Office_Themes location in the finder window and click Add button.
      • You can click on the check-box under the Hide column. Unchecked, the Office_Themes volume will open in a finder window on login. Checked, the volume will open in the background.
